Gasoline is expensive now, but you have to drive somehow. This seemingly irresolvable contradiction has been successfully overcome by enterprising businessmen. Where can a “simple farmer” refuel cheaper – says the AvtoVzglyad portal.

Fuel in Russia is always getting more expensive. Even if the cost abroad approaches zero, in our country it will still be “sold” more expensive to motorists. Most of us have already come to terms with this mockery and pay, pay, pay… But some pay much less.

For example, with AI-95 gasoline prices at Moscow gas stations around 50-55 rubles per liter, a metropolitan motorist may well fill his car with exactly the same fuel, but at 42-45 rubles per liter. And everything will be legal and without cheating. You just have to, as they say, look around a bit. Millions of metropolitan car owners commonly go to gas stations for fuel. But we should not look in this direction, but on the Internet! Or rather, “scan” sites for free ads.

Yes, yes: gasoline is now also sold there – at prices almost 20% lower than “petrol stations”. There are several options for buying fuel through the network. Some sellers offer to come to them at mobile mini gas stations. As a rule, they are located on industrial sites that have not yet been destroyed by developers, on old flat parking lots and garages. Another option is mobile ‘cheap tankers’. These people either drive regular cars with trunks full of cans of petrol, or on “heels”, with a small tank and an electric pump in the back. This or that kind of similar cheap “gas station” is presented practically in every district of Moscow.

But how does it turn out that it is profitable for all representatives of this small and not particularly striking business community to now “push” fuel for 42 rubles for AI-95? In addition, some also manage to offer discounts to customers who buy more than 5,000 liters of fuel at a time! What’s the catch?

We, of course, “didn’t hold a candle”, we didn’t get into fuel dealer business processes. Nevertheless, you know that there is a curious “schedule” in this area. It is connected to fuel cards for legal entities. With the help of such cards, a legal entity that uses cars for its activities has the opportunity to obtain a tax deduction for VAT on fuel for it. In addition, very often the issuers of such cards give their own discount on gasoline – in the range of 3-5%.

That is, in fact, the organization gets the opportunity to buy it at a price that is actually a quarter cheaper than that of ordinary car owners. In any quantity. At least tons. Even if in their own fleet of fuel consumers there are only a few mopeds. Well, judging by the accounting documents, they “eat” fuel worse than an Airbus – we can’t help it, dear tax inspector! But in fact, “used” gasoline enters the market in the manner described above. This is a normal quality AI-95. From the same refineries that are sold at gas stations all over the city. But much cheaper.
