Russian electric truck EVM Pro is ready to come to dealers

The innovative truck, built on the UAZ Profi chassis, has passed all the necessary certification tests at FSUE NAMI. In other words, EVM Pro is ready to go on sale. It remains only to understand whether a rather dubious model will be in demand in our turbulent times.

During the tests, experts checked all major systems of the car. And in particular, they found out that the braking distance of a car with a full load from a speed of 95 km / h (maximum for an “electric train”) was 57.5 m at a standard value of 63.7 m. also showed that due to the location of the traction battery, the truck is quite resistant to sideways rolling. And the tilt angle was 39 degrees with the legal requirement of at least 37 degrees. In general, the machine is ready for operation. But there are no fewer questions.

The price of EVM Pro starts from 4,500,000 rubles, taking into account the charging station that comes with the kit. Much is not available for small and medium-sized enterprises. That’s why innovators rely only on major carriers. Let’s say the first 250 cars are bought by entrepreneur Alexander Lebedev.

And what will happen next? How will the car behave on our roads in winter? The answers to these questions will save time and sales results. Recall that in September 2022, the AvtoVzglyad portal has already tested a pre-production copy of EVM Pro and got acquainted with its design.
