Domestic car factories are increasingly immersed in electrification, but this has nothing to do with environmental concerns – only the economy. The state actively supports the manufacturers of “electric trains”, so they, taking advantage of the moment, are increasing volumes. Like Evolute, for example, which wants to present five new products by the end of the year.

To date, the Evolute model line includes two electric cars: the i-Pro sedan and the i-Joy crossover. And it looks like their sales are doing well. Otherwise, would Motorinvest plan to take five more electric trains out of service in 2023?

Three of the five new products announced have some clarity. We know that the i-Jet and i-Sky crossovers will arrive in dealer showrooms – and as early as April. And a little later they will be joined by the i-Van minivan, which will be available towards the end of the second quarter. Two more electric trains will be released in the second half of the year. And, most likely, the manufacturer collects a portfolio of the most popular types of vehicles.

In addition, Andrei Reznikov, the managing partner of Motorinvest, said in an interview with the TASS agency that the company plans to sell 6,000 of its cars this year. Quite ambitious, since the Russians bought just under 3,000 new electric vehicles of all brands in 2022 and the lion’s share fell on imported cars. But what the hell isn’t a joke…
