Next come the models of American Chevrolet, Japanese Mitsubishi and Toyota, which are rapidly losing popularity in Russia. Yes, yes, Toyota is slowly but surely no longer living up to the expectations of its fans. However, it is much worse for outsiders, which turned out to be the British Land Rover, which collected 273 complaints for 100 cars, the German Audi (252) and Mercedes-Benz (240).
As for individual models, the most enduring was the Lexus RX crossover, which shared the podium with the Toyota CH-R. Also on top of the iceberg were the Korean Kia Sportage, again the Japanese Lexus NX and Toyota Highlander, as well as the German BMW X2 and X5.
It is noteworthy that every year car owners are less inclined to go to technical centers with various problems. Three years ago, the average value of the index was still 192 per hundred cars, now it has dropped to 186.
In general, crossover owners – regardless of make and model – complain about the operation of multimedia systems, the refusal to communicate with smartphones with ordinary head units, as well as the “glitches” of touch screens.
