According to statistics compiled by GTK-Holding specialists, from March 1, 2022 to the beginning of spring 2023, the expenditure of Russians on travel in checkered cars has increased by 20%. A year earlier, consumers paid an average of 12,000 rubles.
The most requested tariff is expected to be “Economy” – it is chosen by 44% of consumers. The Comfort class is preferred by 36% of customers and the Business segment by 12%. By the way, the latter is actively gaining popularity every year. Moreover, the service is in great demand not only in Moscow and St. Petersburg, but also in Sochi, Kazan, Krasnodar and Novosibirsk.
It is curious that 25% of passengers spend up to 3,000 rubles a year on a taxi, 22% – up to 5,000, 21% – up to 10,000, and as many as 23% – up to 15,000 “wooden”. We are talking, of course, about the main cities of Russia, where people travel more often and, again, often in “business class”. The average income of drivers increased by 33-35%.
