Fines from traffic police cameras installed without warning signs will not be canceled. We would like to remind you that such an initiative was taken by Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Davankov – he proposed amnesty for decisions issued from May 29, 2023 to September 1, 2024. What reasons were given here? “The proposal violates the principle of equality before the law.” In addition, all fines for this period will have to be canceled entirely, because it cannot be determined whether the sign was in front of the camera at the time of the violation.
